How to Install Ultrasonic Lace Machine Equipment

  1. After unpacking, carefully check whether the surface and components of the equipment show signs of damage, confirm whether the screws are tightened, whether the electrical connections are firm, and whether the accessories are complete.
  2. The lace machine should be placed on a flat and solid ground, and ensure that the lace machine is at least 0.5 meters away from the heat source. At the same time, the lace machine should maintain at least 1 meter of operating space in front and behind, and at least 0.5 meters of spacing on the left and right sides for easy operation.
  3. Check the voltage requirements on the label on the back of the oscillator box, and ensure that the system is well grounded.
